       Candidate's Profile:

• BS Degree in Engineering
• English proficiency
• Computer and cloud based application skills / Google collaboration tools
• Experience in project management
• Effective communication
• Presentation skills and highly inquisitive

       Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the management of the Capital Budget Cycle with the Engineering Manager in consolidating financial reports, documentation and applying management that should lead to adherence to schedule, budget / expense targets and customer satisfaction for the entire Engineering Dpt.
• Drive and support the Capital Management System by extracting and analyzing reports/dashboards periodically.
• Develop plans and timetables for task completion using appropriate project management tools. 
• Manage multiple projects (low to medium complexity) with varying scopes, schedules and capital expenditures.
• Collaborate with counterparts in identifying and specifying processes, develop technical specifications and layouts, define electrical and controls requirements, and compile project documentation.
• Stay abreast of latest technologies and identify potential applications for manufacturing continuous improvement.
• Develop technical scope using related drawings and technical specifications to prepare a bid package for potential suppliers.
• Collaborate with the Procurement Department on the procurement and bidding process.
• Utilize risk analysis, evaluate vertical integration opportunities, and conduct  benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with appropriate Colgate standards and local regulations including EHS, Quality and Microbiology standards, FDA, OSHA (or other local governing agency).  
• Conduct equipment and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) as per the Global Quality Standards. 
• Oversee site preparation, installation of equipment, control systems, and associated utilities (water, electrical, HVAC, steam, air etc) with contractors or internal CP maintenance personnel.
• Responsibility for FP&R Engineering Documentation Standard.
• Preparation of presentations and progress reports.
