Job Description

  • Issue items requested by production and project department

  • Inventory & Transaction posting.

  • Storing parts in respective bin locations.

  • Issue requisition forms.

  • Receive and issue parts upon request by users.

  • Inventory control & Stock count/checking.

  • Issue material returned to supplier form and return parts to supplier.

  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of store.

  • Key in GR in SAP.

  • Identify and clarify correctness of parts.

  • Identify slow-moving, expired shelf-life and obsolete parts for scrapping process.  

  • Identify and provide equivalent parts to users.

  • Familiarise with new parts, both mechanical and electrical, electronics and instrument.

  • Submit documents to respective personnel.

  • Provide assistance to unload new equipment and heavy parts.

  • Inform respective purchaser on parts delivered

  • Liaise with purchaser on outstanding delivery

  • Liaise with purchaser on parts conformance to specifications

  • Perform any other tasks as required from time to time

Requirements: 

  • Diploma/ higher education in any field

  • 3 years experience in storekeeping and inventory management.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google sheet, google doc, google slide, SAP system is an advantage ).

  • Strong communication skills.
