Industrial Engineer for Dental Floss & Toothbrush - Responsible for the financial health of operations and Manufacturing Mid&long term operational strategy (Plant dimensioning capacity utilization, expenses tracking and continuous improvement groups) manage the Industrial Eng.

What you will do:

• Lead on the ground financial controls generating financial previsibility and minimizing variances,
• Build Manufacturing Operational strategies regarding Labor / Machine capabilities / Expenses
• Manage cost reduction activities (Material Losses / Variable and Fixed Conversion Costs)
• Mid&Long Term Capacity Utilization analysis
• Develop the next generation of talents on their early in career
• Key supporter on manufacturing Data Integrity
• Manage Industrial Eng activities
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards
• Lead Inventory Activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree on Engineering in any field.
• Manufacturing Operations experience (i.e. Industrial Engineering / Shopfloor Supervision /Production Processes etc...). 
• Strong analytical skills. 
• Teamwork orientation with excellent interpersonal and team skills. 
• Intermediate English.
• Knowledge in green belt or black belt (Desirable).
