MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

 

 

  • Control of materials for third-party production
  • Sending orders and materials forecasts, monitoring the receiving process, and quality release to meet the production plan and follow-up with the third party
  • Control and reporting of SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory) for materials produced by third parties
  • Inventory control of materials and search for opportunities for improvement and reduction
  • Support in the launch of new products and material transitions to ensure minimal scrap for projects
  • Attend meetings with suppliers and work with the purchasing team to identify risks and opportunities

 

MAIN FUNCTION OF THE JOB:

 

  • Issue purchase requisitions for materials (SAP/R3)
  • Ensure separation and shipment of materials shared with in-house production for third parties
  • Monitor the receipt of production materials through controls in the SAP/R3 system and third-party receipt documentation
  • Prepare study reports with information for control, strategic analysis, and other data (SAP/Google)
  • Work with cross-functional teams (CP, Suppliers, and Contract Manufacturers)
  • Maximize the utilization of planning tools (SAP) for planning and controlling material production
  • Active participation in SD&S meetings to adjust the production schedule according to material risks
  • Sending and controlling purchase orders for materials to support new projects and launches for third parties
  • Active participation in meetings with Netops to ensure the project GRID schedule
  • Identify and communicate any material shortage risks in advance

 


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
