MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:
Participate in the development of computerized manufacturing systems and new technologies.
MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
Assist in cybersecurity activities through monitoring and fixing firmware vulnerabilities found in Armis Software.
Conduct research, analysis, and experimentation with new technologies for application in factory processes.
Support the installation and testing of automation systems, including sensors, PLCs, vision systems, and integration with industrial networks.
Assist in the technical specification of systems for industrial automation.
Support the development of forms in Aveva Work Task (Skelta) software.
Assist in the development of applications in Python.
Help with database-related activities (SQL).
Update the obsolescence plan for system components.
Perform server backups and application backups as needed.
Carry out purchasing processes as necessary, from placing orders to receiving materials.
Assist in controlling the implementation of new functionalities requested by the factories.
Participate in the update of operational descriptions.
Support the development of presentations on systems, automation, and new technologies.
