Resumen de la Posición: 

Realizar y documentar los análisis microbiológicos de rutina como soporte al programa de control microbiológico. Dar soporte a planta en la implementación y seguimiento del estándar de “Control Microbiológico- QS023” corporativo.

 

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar los análisis microbiológicos de las muestras de producto.
  • Participar en las diversas investigaciones de falla cuando los resultados están en límites de alerta.
  • Colectar y realizar el análisis de datos.
  • Aplicar e implementar la metodología, así como realizar la interpretación de datos.
  • Mantener un sistema de calidad en el laboratorio.
  • Realizar en forma apropiada y segura la destrucción de residuos biológicos infecciosos generados por los análisis microbiológicos infecciosos generados por los análisis microbiológicos así como el envío de los mismos al área de confinamiento de residuos peligrosos de la planta.
  • Supervisar a un proveedor externo en la calificación de instalación, calificación de operación y calificación de desempeño de todos los equipos e instrumentos del laboratorio.
  • Mantener consistentemente en forma de clara y ordenada los registros de los análisis y controles del laboratorio.
  • Impartir cursos de capacitación sobre microwareness, buenas prácticas de manufactura, limpieza y sanitización.
  • Conocer y aplicar los estándares de calidad del sistema de calidad colgate y los estándares de Factory
  • Performance y Reliability, según la matriz de responsabilidades y planes de implementación desarrollados.

 

¿Que necesitas para la posición?

  • Licenciatura en Microbiología, Bioquímica, Farmacéutica, Biología Química o relacionado
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en análisis microbiológicos 
  • Inglés intermedio
