Certification and Compliance OSQ Specialist

The Certification and Compliance / OSQ Specialist supports the Certification & Compliance Leaders and oversees the On-Shelf Quality (OSQ) program. The Specialist ensures consistent high-quality standards for products on shelves, provides logistical and administrative support for audits, and contributes to the review of global standards and SOPs. This role also involves monitoring compliance metrics and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • OSQ / Driving Superiority Program Management:

    • Manage the OSQ / Driving Superiority program to ensure products maintain high-quality standards on shelves.

    • Track program performance and generate reports on OSQ metrics.

  • Quality Audit Support:

    • Provide logistical and administrative support for internal and external audits.

    • Assist in scheduling, preparing documentation, and coordinating audit activities.

    • Track follow-up action plans and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

  • Quality Standards and SOP Review:

    • Contribute to the review and continuous improvement of global standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    • Assist in updating and maintaining quality documentation to reflect regulatory changes and best practices.

  • Compliance Monitoring:

    • Monitor and report compliance metrics to ensure adherence to quality standards.

    • Use data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and compliance.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement projects.

  • Regulatory Support:

    • Ensure that all activities comply with international and regional regulatory standards.

    • Support the enforcement of regulatory compliance to maintain the integrity of our brands.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Chemistry, Microbiology, Regulatory Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or a related field.

  • Experience with administrating quality programs and supporting audits.

  • Familiarity with international regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, GMP).

  • It is strongly preferred to have an understanding of Visual Basic for Application (VBA) and Visual Basic Editor (VBE).

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $104,000 - $117,500 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
