The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in the monthly closing of Corporate entities and the quarterly global consolidation and analysis of financial statements. Works closely with Human Resources and other finance areas to analyze benefits/insurance accounting. The position also interacts with Subsidiaries, Division Finance Managers, Corporate and International Accounting, Budget and Planning, Corporate Tax and Treasury, Global HR/Benefits and CBS.
What you will do
- General accounting for Corporate
- Corporate analytical P&L (Corp Deducts)
- Maintain account assignment models and ensure they are properly reflected in the financials
- Analysis of accounts such as prepaids, miscellaneous accruals, rent, legal reserves and contingencies
- Monitor and coordinate the monthly closing process with local / CBS teams
- Review / analyze monthly Corporate trial balance
- Prepare monthly tax calculation including CBS “F schedule” tax items review
- Review Non ops cost center to ensure expenses are classified properly
- Quarterly billings for special items (technology, intangibles, etc.)
- Coordinate SOX compliance for Corporate
- PWC Audit support
- Benefits
- Responsible for Corporate balance sheet account analysis for Pension, Benefits (active/retiree) and Insurance.
- Benefits analysis for domestic entities (COP, US Company, Corporate, Hill’s)
- Collaborate with Financial Reporting / Actuaries for monthly pension accounting and True-ups
- Prepare expat bill-out working together with Corporate HR, subsidiaries and CBS
- Annual Budget & Estimates:
- Prepare projections for all accounts under their responsibility including Pension, Benefits, Insurance, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of Annual Budget and Latest Estimates
- Preparation of balance sheet trend for all Corporate entities
- CFN reporting for Budget and estimates
- Special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 4+ years relevant Accounting/Finance experience
- Solid understanding of Accounting principles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, communication, relationship building skills and detail orientation
- Relevant systems knowledge preferred – MS Excel, SAP R/3, SAP BPC
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or MBA
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $91.200,00 - $128.000,00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
