Develop preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to ensure the plant reliability, inplementing the
needed functions for the proper functioning of the plant equipment compliance with Safety and Quality

Design, implement and optimize the preventive and predictive maintenance programs for the
equipment, facilities and Focus Factory buildings.
Verify compliance in the preventive and predictive maintenance of plant equipment.

Comply with the validation program of projects and equipements, to ensure their best performance
in the plant

Maintain updated the preventive and predictive maintenance program in SAP of all the equipment
installed in the plant , based on the Predictive Maintenance optimization model.
Ensure the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance orders and maintenance
notifications according to the plan.
Develop talent management: Talent Aquisition, Training, People movements, cmmunicatin strategy
for the area..
Develop maintenance procedures, SWIS, IET (QUE SIGNIFICAN ESTOS)or Standard Operational
Procedures, and ensure their correct implementation and communication
Manage the budget of the maintenance and spare parts area ensuring the compliance with financial
policies

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

At least 3 years in similar positions or in Supply Chain Management

Entremediate/Advance English level
Basic knowledge of SAP 
Experience in managing people
