Position Purpose:  The Collections & Deductions Analyst will focus specifically on customer account collections for past due amounts and focus on escalating and clearing deductions related to Gross to Net promotions, pricing and inventory adjustment.  
 

Let’s talk about responsibilities
Collections responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
•    Obtaining overview of customer account balances
•    Generating past due notices to customer
•    Contacting customers for payment and documenting their response
•    Escalating collection issues to Local C2C and/or Sales
•    Assessing and recommending escalated issues for write offs
•    Generating and preparing periodic statements for customers
•    Monitoring customer performance vs. payment commitments
 
  Deductions responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

•    Monitoring deductions assigned through the work list
•    Notifying CDT (Sales) and Local finance via workflow of customer issues o for missing credit memos
•    Communicating open deductions by running periodic reporting to Local Teams
•    Communicate Month End Results to Local Team
•    Reviewing customer deductions, contacting the customers or Local Teams to get further details related to the open deduction in order to identify the deduction type
•    Notifying CDT (Sales) and Local finance via workflow of customer issues o for missing credit memos
•    Clearing credit notes and associated dispute cases
•    Escalating deduction issues to Local C2C and/or Sales
 
What you need for this position:  

•    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields
•    Advanced English Level
•    At least 2 years of full-time experience in Finance
•    Excel Intermediate Level: E.g. Pivot Table
•    Macros Knowledge, Desirable
•    Google Sheets, Desirable
•    SAP, Desirable

 

This role is temporary for 6 months.
