Primary Responsibilities
- Work with payroll vendor and local team to ensue payroll is processed timely and accurately.
- Ensure accurate data files are provided to payroll vendor to process paychecks.
- Update payroll records such as new hires, terminations, and salary changes, leaves of absence
- Calculate retroactive and vacation payouts.
- Auditing and validating time keeping systems and data.
- Perform periodic timesheet audits and reconciliations.
- Root cause analysis of possible errors including constructive and prevention actions.
- Assist with internal or external audits and other regulatory required audits.
- Respond to payroll related inquiries from employees and HR.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years related experience as Payroll Processor
- Intermediate- Advanced English level
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Proficient in Excel
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Customer service oriented
- Requires excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-resolving skills.
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- Must have strong work ethics
