What you will do;

 

  • Understand a whole Production Planning Process (Demand Planning, Production Planning, Material replenishment)

  • Review material requirements to support business as well as providing forecasts to vendors for their materials and capacity planning, also internal communication to ensure there is no supply materials gap and sharing supply situation among supply chain teams.

  • Delivery all activities for new product launch on time by the right quantity.

  • Troubleshoots material supply problems on a timely basis to hit customer service level.

  • Master data creation (BOM, MOQ, MRP views etc.) for new products from time to time  and review existing products by quarterly

  • Follow up on the delivery performance of supplier and to be team member of supplier performance assessment ​​​​​​​

  • OSMI/Slow moving monitoring and control.​​​​​​​

  • Supporting new product sourcing networks.​​​​​​​

  • Develops materials availability system and inventory control plan to deal with products to be consistent with the business objectives of customer service, inventory level.​​​​​​​

  • Monitors and controls the inventory level of Raw Materials by issuing appropriate changes to adjust for shortages due to order cancellations, pull-up or push-out, surplus materials, production output fluctuation and etc. to ensure working capital goals are met.​​​​​​​

  • To be a new product development member for drive implementation activity, follow the project timeline to hit 100% case fill of the new product.

 

 

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or a related field.​​​​​​​

  • 1-3 Years of production planning Experience (New grad are welcome)​​​​​​​

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.​​​​​​​

  • Computer skills, with an advantage if experienced in SAP MRP and APO​​​​​​​

  • Good command in English both writing and speaking. ​​​​​​​

  • Effective communication skills


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
