The Manufacturing Excellent Engineer of Global Dental Cream Plant, Bangpakong Site, Thailand is responsible for
- Coordinate with Plant BA for data analytics to identify the improve opportunities for AU/AML improvement, also benchmarking/ take best practices from networking.
- Coordinate with Plant BA, and OE Engineer to develop the MTP of AU/AML improvement projects.
- Effectively execute AU/AML improvement projects as MTP.
- AM Group advisor.
What you will do
- Creates/develops initiative ideas, identifies opportunities, implements and maintains continuous plant operation and work system improvement to ensure that the plant’s overall performance is moving toward the manufacturing excellent concept.
- Use Problem - solver with analytic thinking and ability to apply root cause analysis.
- Coordinates with Engineers for the new equipment/technology installation and modification to ensure the improvement of equipment processes, system, quality and efficiency of the operation.
- Drive cost saving program to get saving as planned.
- Develop Work Procedures /Work Instruction (WP/WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), One Point Lesson (OPL).
- On-the-job Training to technicians.
- Participates and coordinates in the FP&R activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team and execute project with deadline.
- Support daily troubleshooting and resolving issues that related to the project.
- Creates a positive attitude towards the company, department and work unit among subordinates.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree BE or BSc. in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related field
- At least 2 years of FMCG Industry Experience.
- At least 2 years of Operation or Process Improvement Engineering.
- Basic GMP/Micro/QA/QC knowledge.
- Using Problem solving technique and QC 7 tools.
- Experience in LEAN, Continuous improvement.
- Computer, Interpersonal Skill and Supervision, Business English.
- Cooperation and support as a teamwork.
- Proficient in Google system (GG sheet, slide and drive).
- Flexibility.
