Key Accountabilities:

• Lead and Execute Digital and Analytics projects 

• Augmentir site representative and work with Global team

• Implement new digital platform and technology transfer 

• Support local & global project related digital & analytics 

• Collaborate with cross functional team to develop innovative solutions to meet business needs

• Improve people capability for digital and analytics

• Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data

• Analyze and visualize complex relationship of data and conduct diagnostic analysis and build report or dashboard

• Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction

• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources

• Developing and maintaining databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format 

• Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.

LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISION:

• Supervise D&A Technician
• Collaborate with Cross Functional team

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Suport project related digital transformation and Data Analytics as business requirement
• Initiate  digital platform by mapping with business process
• Learn digital knowledge  from global and others subsidiary
• Manage to share  D&A learning system
• Develop and leverage automation to no manual touch.
• Create new innovations to be implemented in Colgate Palmolive Bangpakong Plant

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in related fields

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiar with the new digital technologies / Tools / Devices and able to introduce to organization as apart of transformation

• Solid knowledge and Strong experience with coding skills:  ETL tools, Google App Script,  PL/SQL/NoSQL, MySQL , Data modeling, Data Warehouse, Solution Design, DataStage

• Experience in business intelligence and data visualization tools e.g. Tableau, Power BI , etc.

• Leading or key member of  Digital transformation project will highly benefits

III.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• This section identifies the essential skills and competencies required to successfully perform the role.
• SKILLS:

• Strong programming / Coding  / Visualization e.g. 

  • SQL/NoSQL, MySQL , Data modeling , Javascript / GG apps script

  • Visualization tools : Python and DOMO , Data studio , Tableau , etc.

  • Augmentir

• Strong skill in google suit platform and basic SAP knowledge

• Capable for SAP, SAP-Mii and OPERA Application implementation and able to work as a backup personal.

• knowledge PLC will be benefit

• Be proactive and have critical thinking to identify the situation and prompt problem solving

• Understanding Supply chain business knowledge
