Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generation and analysis of financial statements and notes for the Andean Region in local currency under local accounting standards and analysis under US GAAP.
- Preparation and analysis of reports for Head Office and legal oversight and control entities, as well as for internal company use.
- Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliation reports in the Andean Region.
- Attend visits from external and corporate auditors.Understand Corporate Policies and IFRS for their application in the Andean Region.
- Provide accounting support to other areas of the company, CBS Mexico, and Mumbai.Review and analyze accounting reports prepared by CBS Mexico and Mumbai.
- Make inquiries to the Corporation (NY) on accounting mattersPrepare and submit financial information to the Supersociedades in Colombia, Super Compañias in Ecuador, and the SUNAT in Peru.
- Leading the Parallel Ledger projects in the Andean Region and the local book in Peru
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting
- Advanced English
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office ( Word , Excel y PowerPoint), SAP System
- have knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
