Assistant Supervisor - Packaging Engineer (Personal Care)

 

JOB DESCRIPTION & CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide packaging printing area drawing for artwork preparation

  • Develop all packaging components until finished goods to deliver timely, efficient  machine operation and good quality packaging.

  • Prepare, maintain, update and issue packaging specifications for all packaging components and packaging drawings.

  • Maintain and update packaging specification in the PGSS

  • Monitor and recommend for approval the initial production run of new developed packaging material.

  • Initiate and pursue FTG related to packaging to ensure  timely implementation and have  packaging to meet  Colgate standard quality  

  • Lead packaging projects/programs assigned by Regional Packaging Leader and Global Packaging 

  • Ensure that packaging development is aligned  with the production capabilities, regional and global strategy

  • Perform periodical on-self quality evaluation and warehouse audit.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate manager.

 

QUALIFICATION

 

Educational Qualification: BSc. in Packaging or related field

Experience: 0-3  yrs. of industrial experience in packaging of consumer products or in other related companies.

 

SKILLS:

  • Computer literacy:  SAP, Google tools,Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.

  • Good command in English both writing and speaking. 

  • Experience in FMCG or packaging production process will be an advantage
