Job Purpose: 

This position is responsible for supporting the automation framework and development within the Intelligent Process Automation Center of Excellence in order to deliver value, efficiency and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Proactively ensure that the automation program and value stream administration is up to date:

    • manage access rights granting process (e.g.Automation Hub, Domo, Celonis)

    • ensure data integrity, completeness and quality

    • perform routine data checks and reconciliations

    • perform monthly data uploads routine

  • Support and manage the operating model and framework for Intelligent Process Automation; from opportunity identification, evaluation, delivery and reporting.

  • Collaborate with the CBS and other cross-functional teams to understand and document business needs and requirements in regards to automation and related value.

  • Facilitate, as needed, in all phases of projects from defining technical, operational and user requirements, to planning, execution, testing and exit interviews

  • Establish regular communication/planning sessions with project sponsors and collaborators.

  • Prepare routine meetings materials including visualizations and dashboards

  • Coordinate dashboards and visualizations preparations.

  • Support process mining and other process related technology, as necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • Good command of English (B1/B2)

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace

  • Ability to adopt to fast changing technologies

  • High level of proactiveness, independence and ownership of the tasks assigned

  • Analytical skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work with teams and deadlines

  • Eagerness to learn
