As part of the Customer Development department, the role involves the responsibility of a number of POS representatives of Hyper and Super universe.
Based on 5Ps assessment, He/She will be in charge of challenges / opportunities on each POS assigned to increase sell out and SOM.
Key Responsibilities:
Reduce Out of stock level Guarantee Assortment compliance in POS Fast distribution of innovation and new products
Work in partnership with store managers in order to increase CP Share of Shelf, Share of Market and Placement
POP Material Implementation at shelf/out of shelf
Negotiation and implementation of promotional area and Shopper events
Alert on competitor activities
Education/ Experience and Key Requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree (Business Administration, Economics or equivalent)
Short prior experience (i.e. stage) preferred
Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)
Driving License
Location: Italy, City Torino
Contract:Temporary max 12 months
