Job Summary
Responsible for support developing RE(Retail Environment) strategy and action plans for Clinic and Therapeutic EC/DTC channels with the support from RE Strategy Specialist
- Support developing and evaluating 7P strategy by RE
- Support developing 7P action plans
- Lead developing/managing 7P tools/program
Responsible for supporting RCD(Retail Category Development) for Clinic and Therapeutic EC/DTC channels
- Lead developing/managing tools/program for key customers
- Support developing trade stories to customers
Responsible for leading official customer communication for Clinic, Home Center, Pet Shop & Breeder and Therapeutic EC/DTC channels
- Lead developing official customer letters
Duties and Responsibilities
Support developing RE strategy and action plans(60%):
- Support developing 7P strategy(Product assortment, Price, Promotion, Placement, POP, Professional recommendation and Persuasion) by RE based on understanding of People Journey as well as category & shopper insights by RE
- Support developing impactful 7P action plans -For EC/DTC, support DC team
- Lead developing 7P tools/program such as sampling, vet ecosystem, staff feeding and satisfaction guarantee -For EC/DTC, support DC team
- Support evaluating the effectiveness of the 7P strategy and actions -For EC/DTC 7P actions, support DC team
Support RCD(20%):
- Support developing relevant trade stories to our customers with the goal to increase the value of the category
- Lead developing tools and programs for key customers -For EC/DTC, support DC team
Lead official customer communication(10%):
- Lead developing official customer letters
- Lead registering production infromation
Others(10%):
- Administrative work associate with the areas of responsibilities
- Follows the other requests of the supervisor within the area of responsibilities

Education/ Experience Requirements
- BA degree.
- 2+ years experience in sales / customer development and trade / retail / customer marketing.
Skills/Knowledge
- Project management / leadership skills to work in cross-functional team environment
- Multifunctional capacity and flexibility to deal with ambiguous situations
- Communication skills with business English capability
- Google Slides, Sheets, Docs; Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word

Travel Requirements
Expected percentage of travel: Up to 10% -Regular clinic visit, customer meeting participation
