The Experience

As the Shopper Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing In-Store Marketing activation programs and new product Go-to-Market. You will be supporting the development of Retail Environment strategies and 5P’s based on Category and Brand Strategies and on robust Retail Environment, shopper and customer insights. Additionally, you will play a meaningful role in the Colgate Business Planning monthly discipline for the assigned category.

What you’ll need...

  • 3-5 years functional experience

  • 5-7 years professional experience

  • General marketing knowledge gained during study or internship

  • Understanding of the commercial perspective to be able to agree with Customer Development Team

  • Strong analytical skills to be able to prepare analysis using tools like MS Excel, Nielsen, pricing reports, etc.

  • Able to build good relationship w/ Customer Development Team and Marketing to participate in implementation of the Mkt strategies and to adapt the activity grid and achieve the business objectives

  • Good communication skills to provide inputs during the monthly commercial process and the marketing activity grid

  • Preferably, knowledgeable on various insights tools

  • Financial knowledge (P&L) to recommend initiatives that brings financial results and understanding the impact on the business and return on investment
