The Experience

 

As the Senior Brand Manager for the Philippines, you'll handle all elements of the marketing mix. Improve all these areas relative to the category brand and recommends actions for improvement. You'll understand & embrace global equity and brand strategies while ensuring creative & flawless execution. You'll take full responsibility for the brand Profit and Loss statements - by controlling pricing, monitoring cost, and managing the advertising expenses. You will prepare an annual and mid-year business plan and present to local, regional and corporate management as needed. You'll manage the matrix of a complex agency system. You'll lead media planning and on-going flowchart management. You'll also supervise Research Grid for the category and Insights development and build recommendations and action plans.

What you’ll need...

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Business course
  • 5+ years in product management
  • FMCG experience
  • Identifies and implements standard methodologies for measuring and reporting digital KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with branding and digital marketing from concept to execution.
  • Proven communication skills, capable of raising consensus at all levels: peers, executives, team members.
