Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :

Creating powerful partnerships, you lead supply chain initiatives that elevate service to both customers and shoppers.

Driving collaboration with customers, you ensure exceptional service levels and optimize on-shelf availability (OSA).

Influencing product flow from warehouse to store shelves, you play a key role in delivering efficiency and in-store success.
Responsibilities :
-
Driving collaborative, end-to-end supply chain solutions, you partner with customers and internal teams to support Colgate’s customer development and service strategies.

You lead and facilitate the Commercial Business Planning (CBP) process for key accounts, ensuring seamless alignment between customer plans and Demand Planning for optimal execution.

By analyzing performance metrics and on-shelf availability, you identify and implement improvement opportunities, directly impacting service levels and cost-to-serve.

You coordinate cross-functional teams to proactively resolve supply chain inefficiencies and eliminate out-of-stock scenarios, contributing to growth and profitability.

Leveraging data and insights, you develop and deploy tailored supply chain plans that align with customer needs and Colgate’s strategic goals, driving value-added initiatives such as Collaborative Planning and Data Synchronization.

You serve as a supply chain expert within the team, educating colleagues on best practices while fostering strong partnerships that drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications :
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics or supply chain management, demonstrating progressive responsibility and achievement.

In-depth understanding of FMCG industry practices, with proven expertise in customer service and logistics operations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with key customers.

Track record of delivering process improvements, optimizing cost to serve, and enhancing service levels in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
-
Experience with implementing or optimizing advanced supply chain technologies, such as SAP, or data synchronization platforms.

Familiarity with Commercial Business Planning (CBP) processes, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), or collaborative planning with key retail partners.
