Job Overview
The Associate Manager, Content will identify actionable own and lead content optimization across IBE workstreams, maintaining both micro and macro analysis of brand activities. The role will work with all IBE members (social, search) as well as brand teams.
Key Responsibilities
CONTENT OPTIMIZATION

IMC CONTENT TRACKING & OPTIMIZATION: Set up the practice to track and measure OC/PCP IMC content performance to (a) provide real-time updates to key collaborators, (b) analyze impact of different variables on content outcomes, (c) impact of brand initiatives on social earned/word-of-mouth, and (d) recommend actionable optimizations or new strategies/tactics to try.

BRAND ECOSYSTEM TRACKING: Lead the integrated media measurement (IMM) process to find optimization opportunities. Track Owned Social, Earned Social and .COM analytics and provide regular reports and recommendations.

IBE PERFORMANCE TRENDS: Own and improve macro tracking across workstreams and campaigns to (a) maintain performance benchmarks, and (b) identify testing opportunities to improve IBE metrics, and (c) Lead post-campaign learning & insight gathering + coordination.

SOCIAL LISTENING : Improve SL and digital data sources (e.g. search keywords) to find opportunities for IBE Social and Brand teams.

CREATIVE SOW ANALYTICS: Set up and supervise SOW data, identify trends and opportunities to aid in annual optimization.

Support the team in IBE analytics & optimization workstreams.
ECOSYSTEM ENRICHMENT

.COM: Work with IBE lead to streamline website annual SOW and handle page setup coordination (BEX). Manage DAM updates.

SEO/SEARCH: Assist as needed in setting up Search content in partnership with Division and media team.
1PD MANAGEMENT

DATABASE OWNERSHIP: Handle and maintain the SFMC database, leading migration / consolidation activities when needed. Lead Acquisition activities, if needed.

MAXIMIZATION OPPORTUNITIES: Analyze and identify segments for media testing. Track media outcomes to identify proof points for media efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
BEX PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Assist Social team with BEX initiatives, T&Ls.
