Job Summary:

Reporting to the Digital Transformation Director, the Omnichannel Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of omnichannel brand growth initiatives within Woolworths retail media networks.

Success in this dynamic, fast-paced digital environment requires strong cross-disciplinary leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and effective engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.

This individual will drive performance by championing a growth mindset and a passion for digital excellence, leveraging people, data, insights, and best-in-class practices to accelerate brand growth. Collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation will be at the heart of this pivotal role.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Omnichannel Marketing Strategy: Own development and execution of lower-funnel omnichannel marketing strategies with key retailers, understanding insights and identifying opportunities along the shopper journey to ensure growth of leading brands and categories
  • Superior Campaign Execution: Develop clear briefs for internal and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution across all digital and physical touchpoints. Effectively manages marketing and shopper investments and budget management processes.
  • Brand & Retailer Alignment: Develop and deliver a comprehensive omnichannel experience calendar, integrating brand priorities with retailer-specific growth initiatives and events
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Work closely with Customer Development and other internal teams to drive conversion, market share, and collaborative business planning
  • Retailer Relationships: Build strategic relationships with Retail Media Networks, Digital and Operations Teams; champion innovation with a test-and-learn approach
  • Performance Measurement: Set clear campaign objectives, benchmarks and KPIs, conduct post-campaign analysis, and maintain a library of learnings to inform future activity
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize omnichannel shopper and media performance data to generate actionable omnishopper insights and unlock retailer opportunities, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence
