Join Our Team as a Graduate Territory Manager for Colgate Palmolive. 

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Graduate Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships within a designated territory which  includes Newtown, Burwood and surrounding areas and continues down to the Sutherland area covering all suburbs in the South of sydney. This territory includes occasional trips to Wollongong and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate (or nearly graduated student) looking to kick start their career.

Main responsibilities : 

As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for developing a range of diverse customers through your ability to build and maintain strong relationships and to influence key partners. 

Managing your own territory autonomously day to day, you will be supported by an experienced management team and will also maintain close contact with your peer network. 

Develop your insights and experience into the competitive Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry by:

• Using category insights to increase share of space in-store and optimise ranging of our products on the supermarket shelf
• Selling permanent and temporary displays into all customers
• Ensuring efficient coverage of your entire store network 

All of the tools required to succeed will be provided, for example an iPad and fully maintained company car.

You will be part of a comprehensive induction and training program.

Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc)

• Bachelor's degree (or finishing in next 6 months!)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel within the territory as needed.
• A valid driver's licence
• Australian Work rights

Preferred Requirements:

• Confident communicator preferred
• Relevant industry experience
