As the Digital Merchandiser ANZ reporting to the Senior Manager Digital Engagement, ANZ, will be responsible for creating marketing and product content and compelling assets across digital and print, supporting brand and purchase.

The ideal candidate will excel at building strong relationships and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve superior outcomes. They will be adept at working independently with key stakeholders, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of tasks efficiently

Proficiency in utilising Graphic design software.

And a passion for staying ahead of digital trends and implementing innovative strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Support Cross-Functional Team:

  • Tailor global content to resonate with local audiences

  • Assist in crafting compelling CRM content

  • Design retailer-specific promotional materials for print and digital

  • Handle on-the-fly design requests

  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance digital engagement using UX and CX design principles

Web Updates and Content Syndication:

  • Adapt global content to suit local markets

  • Manage and update the product catalog for Hill’s ecosystem websites for AU and NZ and partner sites

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms from product detail pages to brand landing pages

  • Ad hoc projects, like landing page optimisation, articles, and site navigation for an optimal user experience


 

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in graphic design and content execution

  • Background in UX

  • Familiarity with content syndication 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Highly proficient and experienced with Graphic Design software

  • Knowledge of Skulibrary, or any other Product Information,  and/or Asset management platforms is a plus

  • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing

  • 5+ years digital marketing experience
