Candidate's Profile:

  • University education, preferred: Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Quality Management.

  • Very good knowledge of English.

  • Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Experience in managing a team.

  • Ability to prepare and conduct business presentations.

  • Knowledge of Colgate's quality standards and norms.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the correct release process of raw materials,  semi-finished products and in-process products (WIP).

  • Manage the Analytical Laboratory Team

  • Develop and implement sampling and testing plans  of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products 

  • Ensure that tests are carried out correctly according to requirements

  • Ensure  proper qualification and usage of laboratory equipment

  • Collaborate with the Operation and Technology Transfer  Teams to provide technical assistance in developing and implementing sampling and testing plans based on validation requirements.

  • Develop and implement a routine problem solving program and a continuous improvement program.

  • Participate in external and internal audits.
