Candidate's Profile:

University education, preferred: Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Quality Management.

Very good knowledge of English.

Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Experience in managing a team.

Ability to prepare and conduct business presentations.

Knowledge of Colgate's quality standards and norms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-
Ensure the correct release process of raw materials, semi-finished products and in-process products (WIP).

Manage the Analytical Laboratory Team

Develop and implement sampling and testing plans of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products
-
Ensure that tests are carried out correctly according to requirements

Ensure proper qualification and usage of laboratory equipment

Collaborate with the Operation and Technology Transfer Teams to provide technical assistance in developing and implementing sampling and testing plans based on validation requirements.

Develop and implement a routine problem solving program and a continuous improvement program.

Participate in external and internal audits.
