Job Purpose
Manage the Personal Care categories to deliver all KPIs including net sales, share, and margin objectives across NE Hub 
Take responsibility for specific marketing projects and deliverables within the Consumer Experience team

 

What you will do

  • Manage the Palmolive portfolio for NE to achieve Net sales, margin, profit and share targets.
  • Support development & alignment of MYR & Budget Review process for PCP Palmolive categories.
  • Prepare KPI performance review for the PCP category, and provide required information and analysis. Coordinate cross-country market analysis and insights / information gathering. 
  • Communicate all risks and opportunities within portfolio responsibility on a timely basis to the Group Brand Marketing Manager .
  • Manage GTM process including collaboration with the central Brand Team in providing necessary country input for NE. Lead hub/country portfolio evolution and recommendations. 
  • Lead Gateway process for Mouthwash NPD and get alignment from Directors on Go/NO Go launch decisions.
  • Work with the digital acceleration and omni-channel shopper team to implement full funnel Brand Activation Campaigns to ensure a streamlined consumer experience for the Brand
  • Manage A&P and  agencies to ensure proposals are delivered according to set objectives, KPIs and to budget
  • Manage Palmolive artwork and SKU development and approval processes across NE Hub.
  • Own the development of the annual Brand Plan for their portfolio and ensure full stakeholder buy-in.
  • Lead the development of Revenue Growth and Category Growth plans for Palmolive
  • In collaboration with the customer development teams, represent the brand at external meetings 
  • Ensure timely communication as required with key internal stakeholders on category issues or activities (Retail Marketing, Customer Development, CS&L, Finance, Consumer Affairs, Consumer Insights, Division Marketing, and Country GMs)

 

Who you are 

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing
  • A passion for brand management
  • Highly competent commercial and analytical skills
  • Personal presence that commands respect/trust and the ability to build strong relationships quickly throughout CP’s matrix structure.
  • Confidence and gravitas to challenge the status quo and negotiated and influence people at all levels of the organisation
  • Inquisitive, proactive and challenging to identify new opportunities for improvement and proactively work with other functions to gain buy-in and initiate change
  • Team player – motivate and enthuse others
  • Excellent communication skills and authoritative yet collaborative approach - sought out by others for opinion
