Job Purpose

he role of the Engagement Manager - Professional is responsible for the integration of digital products, data, analytics, AI and media for our Colgate Europe professional brands to generate connected brand experience and growth. Youwill establish a pan-European professional connected ecosystem digital strategy, accelerate capabilities and lead future opportunities of CP professional platforms. This will include commerce Web shop across B2B. As the professional digital leader, key ownership includes building new connected personalized opportunities, analytics supervising across the business model, and delivering a connected professional, people-centric platform. You wlll lead in the  development of analytics tracking and insights across the Omni-channel ecosystem and lead test & learn and 10x ideas for the professional space including applying Gen AI to advance ideas and growth. Professional is at the heart of our Colgate Oral Care brands business, as well as a growing need for our Personal Care brands. This is an exciting role to accelerate the company’s growth in an evolving digital and data landscape so we need someone who is a master at project management, personalization, can calculate opportunity, has a strong technical and data background. You will work in the Europe Division team to help form strategy across multiple functions and work with individual Europe markets across the broader organization.

 

What you will do

  • Digital Products Ownership. Develop the connected ecosystem of our digital products and platforms across the Division. Work across multiple digital team functions including partnership with IT to implement products, drive test & learn, systems integration, data personalization execution, search and accurate tracking implementation. The goal is to deliver a world-class experience for professionals across our online ecosystems. Obsession with connected experience (CX) is a must. 
  • Business Development Data & Tracking. Ownership of the connected professional ecosystem across 1P, GA and other data supporting the Data & CCX lead, focus on the strategy, design, execution of the professional data and tracking across the professional ecosystem. Work with markets and agency teams on data acquisition, connection and automation opportunities in alignment with GIT.  Supervise product and data performance tracking in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses to help drive business growth and maximize investment and performance.
  • Evaluation, Reporting & Tracking. Lead performance metric evaluation of the professional ecosystem in partnership with the Data & CCX lead, analytics & insights. Ensure key critical metric evaluation and integration for a data driven ecosystem and optimization for connected journeys and personalization driving dedication. 

 

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications or related field with 5+ years of work experience;
  • Proven track record of Web product strategy and execution including web, ecommerce and platform analysis.
  • Ability to partner, bring together and navigate cross-functional teams and markets and handle simultaneous projects and needs.
  • Analytical and process oriented
  • Strong initiative and results oriented
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive hard and complex solutions forward
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Leadership and teammate with excellent communication skills, particularly with diverse cultures.
