Job Purpose
You will be a key collaborator in supporting our Swedish team. The role is varied, multifaceted with focus on three key areas:

  • Office management
  • Finance administration
  • Consumer affairs


What you will do

  • Office management, including a wide variety of tasks such as responsibility for all practical aspects of the office, postal services, contacts with the landlord and more.
  • Finance administration, complete all POs and processing of invoices, communication around payments with local stores and handling communication and contracts with different suppliers such as cleaning companies etc. 
  • Managing Swedish consumer affairs in close collaboration with our teams in Barcelona and London, making sure all answers and feedback to consumers/ shoppers are accurate and appropriate.
  • Handling all event management aspects and this includes booking conference meetings, business lunches and dinners as well as many other ad hoc tasks.
