DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVES:

 

  1.  Achieve sustainable growth in sales, profitability, market share & product distribution;

Core Responsibilities:


Lead activation deployment for new launches & thematic activities

  • Lead category activation through development & deployment of POP by RE. Work cross functionally with marketing & vendor
  • End to end involvement in artwork development, production and deployment.

Insight Opportunity Identification.

  • Be the expert in the CDT  to utilize Nielsen and consumer sales data to identify and formalize  customer level insights
  • Develop selling stories based on customer specific insights to deliver  solution’s for a key identified issue or opportunity.
  • Sell solution to customer with CDMs  to exploit customer opportunities

5 p tracking and gap identification

  • Tailor the 5ps by RE (developed by customer marketing) to the customers formats
  • Review monthly 5p tracking reports to measure execution to target

Retail category development

  • Tailor new product sell in presentations to the strategies and performance of the customer
  • Take lead in catman project to develop assortment & placement strategy for customers.
  • Using of Spaceman software to develop planogram for customers

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

 

  • Verify and implement Placement guidelines by SKU by RE/Customer
  • Consult with POP agency  to develop and implement impactful and effective POP material
  • Consult with CATMAN/RE Mgr. on setting POP coverage Targets
  • Control POP plan implementation and distribution as well as utilization from distributor warehouse and track POP Usage
  • Consult on key issues and drivers for respective customers with Retail Marketing Manager
  • Consult Shopper Marketing in Developing Plans
  • Consult Shopper Marketing in preparing business recommendations for shopper plans
  • Communicate 5P's targets to Field Employees
  • Enable mechanisms to monitor 5P's performance at store level
  • Apply Category Management learning and techniques to day-to-day business, exploitation of new opportunities, and using Category Management as the context for all “selling stories”
  • Tailoring new product sell-in presentations to the strategies and performance of the customer(s)
  • Coordinating special events/activities in cooperation with field SF
  • Agree on key issues and drivers for the country with CDMs and Retail Marketing Manager
  • Track competitive set up and trade strategies,  trade activities, new products/launches/projects
  • Integrate global shopper insights and implications these might have on local markets and specific RE into customer or category activation plans
  • Activate the shopper study against some defined local top business priorities or customer project

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG companies and minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
