The CP Skin Health team is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to join our winning sales team.
What you will do:
- Lead a diverse team in managing order processing, customer data, and sales support, fostering a high-performance culture and working to enhance customer experience to promote loyalty and growth.
- Business unit owner of SAP system and all users within the organization
- Optimize Order to Invoice (O2I) processes by integrating platforms like C4C, S4 HANA Cloud, Shopify, and Vtex B2B.
- Develop business processes to address operational challenges and streamline efficiency.
- Coordinate with Global IT to enhance systems and data quality, as well as resolve system issues with IT partners and oversee strategic projects.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for superior customer service delivery.
- Drive EDI advancements for accuracy in eCommerce.
- Monitor special projects for process standardization and serving as SME for business technologies, orchestrating testing and implementations.
- Collaborate with finance and data teams for SOX compliance.
- Foster team development through training and projects.

Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Data Science, Communications, or a related field, showcasing a solid foundation in relevant disciplines is preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in leading sales operations environments, demonstrating a proven ability to enhance sales operations for optimal efficiency
- Solutions oriented, with ability to challenge status quo to achieve positive change
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), with the ability to leverage these tools for optimal productivity and collaboration
- Familiarity with office equipment and computer peripherals, coupled with a basic understanding of databases, reflecting a well-rounded technical skillset
Preferred qualifications:
- SAP experience
- Strong command of the English language in both oral and written forms, ensuring clarity and precision in communication
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $106,400.00 - $145,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
