As a key member of the Digital commerce team, the B2B Digital Commerce Lead will be responsible for managing site operations, merchandising, marketing, customer service, and day-to-day execution to drive traffic and sales across both B2B Brand platforms (EltaMD and PCA SKIN). The B2B Digital Commerce Manager will oversee the digital roadmap and work closely with the CP Skin Health digital commerce Senior Leadership to implement new opportunities and strategies aimed at driving sales growth and enhancing operational efficiency across channels. The person will also be responsible for crafting a B2B vision and strategy, in close coordination with our Professional team, to deliver on the objectives, while making the overall experience seamless for our profession partners & consumers. The B2B eCommerce site is a vital touchpoint for delivering a best-in-class shopping and educational experience, while achieving monthly sales and conversion KPIs and ensuring an excellent user experience.
What you will do
- Business Execution, Analytics & Reporting

Partner with the Field Sales team to manage comprehensive B2B Digital commerce strategies to meet sales and growth targets.

Execute B2B digital roadmaps, including change management and training, collaborating with Field Sales, GIT, and Marketing teams, to drive new capabilities.

Identify and prioritize opportunities for market expansion, product assortment, and customer acquisition to support business growth.

Take responsibility for weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting and analysis, presenting findings to senior management.

Leverage eCommerce analytics tools to analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and website performance, using insights to enhance site usability for professionals.

Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor and visualize key data points and trends.

Conduct A/B testing to assess and optimize the effectiveness of various strategies, ensuring an improved user experience.

Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions

- eCommerce Operations Management

Manage day-to-day operations of the B2B eCommerce platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.

Work closely with GIT and development teams to optimize website functionality, performance, and accessibility.

Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams to develop and execute strategies that drive traffic, and conversions in support of growth plans and key initiatives.

Oversee integrations with SAP, CRM, and other relevant systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Partner with the Field Sales operations and supply chain teams to create accurate and dynamic product forecasts.

Actively monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and ensure product availability.

- Digital Marketing and CRM

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media

Analyze campaign data to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts, supporting the marketing team in making data-driven decisions

Manage and develop site merchandising strategies, including the creation and testing of new product bundles/kits, and drive innovation

Work with Marketing and third-party agencies to optimize the digital sales funnel, aiming to increase conversion rates and average order value

Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all B2B channels in collaboration with the Marketing team

Partner with the Field Sales team to build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions

Enhance the online customer journey by implementing best practices in UX/UI design

Assist in the implementation of customer retention programs and the management of loyalty initiatives

Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, eCommerce or related field
-
4+ years of experience across the eCommerce landscape
-
3+ years of experience in a B2B or DTC-focused organization or vertical
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on using data to inform decision-making

Proven experience in driving marketing programs and strategies that optimize consumer lifetime value

Skilled at translating strategies into actionable business use cases to deliver complex digital projects

Track record of increasing online sales through effective management of product merchandising and assortment
-
Ability to analyze website performance metrics, influence user behavior, and translate data into actionable insights to optimize user engagement and grow online sales

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
-
Comfortable leading cross-functional decision-making processes and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify Plus, SAP/hybris, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

SAP experience (S4H, C4C) a plus

Exposure to DTC business experience

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $106,400.00 - $150,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
