Order Management: 

  • Oversee the management of  the team responsible for processing pending orders, ensuring all customer orders are processed and tracked accurately. 

  • Monitor order status and provide updates to relevant stakeholders as needed. Ensure all necessary checks and validations are performed before order release (master data).

 

Customer Service:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for direct/indirect channel customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to product delivery and availability. 

  • Facilitate regular meetings with customers to review service performance and discuss improvements. 

 

CPFR Role:

  • On-Shelf Availability (OSA) Management. Monitor and ensure the continuous availability of products on customers' shelves, identifying and resolving stock availability issues;

  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance the CPFR process, implementing best practices and new technologies.

  • Implement strategies and practices to increase On-Shelf Availability, working with customers to ensure the right Master Data parameters;

  • Monitor customers' inventory levels to ensure products are available as demanded, thus preventing stockouts or overstocking.

 

Data Analysis:

  • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights and improvement recommendations to management and customers.

  • Utilize analytical tools to monitor sales performance and identify supply chain optimization opportunities.

 

 

Position Prerequisites:

Academic Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
  • Alternatively, currently in the last two year in Bachelor's in Engineering is also acceptable.

Professional Experience:

  • Experience in customer service or order management or warehousing or transportation.

General Competencies:

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely develop and present reports.

Proactivity, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills to effectively resolve complex issues.
  • Capability to identify and implement strategies to improve product availability and customer service efficiency.
  • Proactive attitude to identify improvements and independently implement corrective actions.
