Summary:
As a KAM, you will be the key influencer on the strategy to grow sales, increase market share and improve service with customers in the Ecommerce Channel. You will ensure engagement with our customers and build positive relationships with the sales team of key accounts (cross-functional approach) to influence support of our strategic goals. Strong leadership, a clear understanding of the business and a forward-looking vision are required to engage customers on key plans.
Lead the preparation, negotiation and implementation of promotional, marketing and JBP campaigns to drive demand. Oversee, forecast, develop and ensure implementation of customer-specific plans to achieve our commercial goals of net sales, share, margin, within the spend budget. Visit stores to better understand implementation challenges and optimize future approaches. Share findings, insights and recommendations with the extended sales team.
Main Responsibilities:

Plan and organize daily customer visit activities; analyze the needs of each account, seeking to achieve quotas

Stay up to date on pricing policies, inventory and promotions to provide information that will support you in negotiations;

Monitor changes and launches of new products in order to understand all the features and benefits of each product;

Monitor the strategies and promotions of competitors, reporting to management.

Good execution of the 5Ps in medium/large-sized clients

Seek new opportunities to use sales funds by innovating in actions that go beyond the tabloid calendar.

Fully develop the potential of clients and the territory

Train client and store teams (campaigns, product launches, etc.) - Keep the current account of clients updated monthly.
Education, Experience and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.

Negotiation and strategic planning.

Experience with strategic/developed clients.

Advanced English.

Office package (Excel. Powerpoint).
