Objetivo do cargo
Responsável por solucionar problemas de tecnologia para nossos usuários finais. Suporte para resolução de incidentes de segundo nível, implantação e configuração de computadores. Esta posição envolve instalações de hardware / software, inventário de computadores e celulares, capacidade de solucionar e corrigir problemas com software de computador pessoal, hardware e equipamentos periféricos.
Principais responsabilidades
● Entrega de computadores para novos funcionários
●Fornecer suporte aos funcionários em todos os níveis.
● Solucionar problemas de hardware e software relatados pelo GIT Service Center.
● Compreender conceitos técnicos rapidamente e aplicar o aprendizado com base nos padrões globais GIT.
● Manter relacionamentos positivos e produtivos com colegas de trabalho e clientes.
● Conhecimento de Windows e Google workplace
● Controle do inventário de computadores e celulares
Qualificações necessárias:
● Formação em Redes, Ciências da computação, Sistema da informação, Administração com ênfase em TI ou Engenharia da Computação - previsão de termino para a partir Dez/2026
● Inglês Intermediário
● Desejável experiência em suporte ao usuário final
