WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage and develop the online sales and commerce strategy in the B2C e-commerce channel through H&S customer engagement (omnichannel hypermarkets and supermarkets), strengthening and maximizing the development of Colgate Palmolive categories in the online environment. Vision of the Omnichannel channel and the integration of other internal areas of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and monitor the H&S online business
- Develop/implement the Omnichannel strategic vision for the company
- Build and develop commercial relationships with key customers
- Manage the commercial and online commerce strategy of the H&S retail environment (Hypermarkets and Supermarkets) through a joint planning process (JVP) with Key Customers
- Ensure a high level of engagement and alignment with the offline commercial team (B&M)
- Lead and manage initiatives, bringing opportunities and insights to the CDT (thought leadership)
- Ensure the CDT's execution of promotional and visibility activities (E-commerce)
- Support the CDT's negotiation of online channel visibility plans, research and other online levers
- Manage and monitor the execution of content, photos and descriptions in customers, ensuring the basics are brilliant
- Monitor the overall performance of e-commerce KPIs and goals, ensuring the execution of the activation and visibility calendar activities
- Manage investments in channel
- Store Check of the online channel (monitoring of CP and competitor activations)
- Leveraging SOM Online
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Bachelor's degree;
- Advanced English
- Experience in the Commercial and/or Digital Commerce area
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Analytical Vision
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in eCommerce (B2B or B2C markets, commercial dynamics, knowledge of online media and performance), with experience in Trade/Retail Marketing/Sales or Digital Marketing being desirable
