Job Description

  • Secure and track the Activities/Plans providing feedback of results monthly.
  • Bring filed insights to improve established plans from Retail Marketing.
  • Adapt main strategies with Retail Marketing by Customer, RE and Region ( Tabloids, mandated assortment, campaigns  …)
  • Implement and tracking 7Ps strategy at C&C channel, based on CP GTM strategy.
  • Secure the investment strategy across the channel that supports the GTM. aligned w/ planfin
  • Track and Monitoring GTN and margin by channel and customers.
  • Follow sellout and inventory performance by Category, customer and Region. Secure the right RE classification into the system
  • Create and manage C&C Execution guidebook
  • Delivery the best experience solution for shopper at C&C
  • Develop a routine to visit the main customers and stores and support customer activities in store and retail media w/ top customers
  • Lead the C&C National Campaign w/ excellence and on time aligned w/ internal and external teams with ROI mentality and bringing incremental share of market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably Marketing or Business;
  • Advanced English
  • Solid experience in Retail Marketing or Sales for Cash & Carry

Skills

  • Manage different promotions and activation at same time 
  • Work with Insights team to identify the RE knowledge and shopper behavior to build learning’s to be the expert in the RE and identify opportunities to grow
  • Financial knowledge  (P&L) to recommend initiatives that brings financial results and understanding the impact on the business and ROI.

Desirable
MBA in Sales or Marketing
Experience with manager role
