MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

To understand the entire process of implementing a new product or process, providing support in all necessary stages, from industrial testing to startup. Contribute to process improvements at the plant by proactively working on reducing losses and non-conformities.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

Preparation of Recipes/Specifications in SAP: Create recipes and specifications for toothpaste and mouthwashes in the SAP system according to the technical Bundle Book;

Process Control Documents: Develop manufacturing process documents and control documents, as well as prepare data for process control evaluations (Capability Studies in the plant);

Organization of Technology Transfer Documents: Organize, catalog, prepare, and control Technology Transfer Documents, Process Control, and Process Validation documents, such as: Technology Transfer Checklists; Change Control Documents; Risk Analysis for implementing new products and processes; Process Validation Protocols; Process Validation Reports; Manufacturing Orders; SAP Recipe and Specification Reports; SAP BOM Reports; FP&R (Formula Performance Review) Reports; Statistical Evaluation Reports; Technical Bundle Book; Final Product Specifications;

Failure and Problem Investigation: Support investigations and studies of failures during product manufacturing;

Participation in Plant Tests (EMO): Provide support to the plant during tests to gather necessary documents according to previously established requirements;

Monitoring New Product Processes (Startup): Oversee processes for new products or formula changes as part of the Process Validation;  

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
