About The Role
The In Store Management (ISM) Specialist for Dominican Republic will responsible for the recommendation, development, warehousing, distribution and supervising the execution of all retail environments In store shopper solutions in assigned markets! The objective is to increase product demand or facilitate the shoppers’ purchasing process and warrant the accurate execution of the 5Ps!

What You Will Do

  • Prepare Visibility Recommendations per Retail Environment / Customer

  • Coordinate the process of implementation with Third Party Agency

  • POP Management: Ensure effective and efficient distribution  & delivery process of In Store materials by market and guarantee flawless execution at POS

  • Ensure communicating Key Competitors Alerts to commercial Team

  • Analyze In Store important metrics to find opportunities and provide input to the commercial Team

  • Build and present during Distributor Merchandisers Meeting ISM monthly update in order to communicate 5Ps compliance opportunities

 

What You Need (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related
  • Between 3 to 5 years in Trade Marketing
  • Experience as people manager
  • Experience working in the massive consumption industry (CPG/FMCG)
  • Data driven and analytic skills
  • Priority settings and high organization skills
  • Google suite management
  • Advanced English Level
