About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating with our logistical operators to implement displays and manage the daily activities related to the distribution of POP materials across various regions.  The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills to manage promotional material stock, provide assistance across multiple departments in developing diverse promotional materials, and supervise the coverage and efficiency of POP material implementations. Additionally, you will be responsible for budgeting, searching for cost-saving opportunities, and innovative solutions for material optimization. Join us in optimizing the development and implementation of POP materials to build more efficient processes and improve investment.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Logistics Coordination:

    • Coordinate with logistics operators for display implementation and daily activity support.
    • Coordinate the shipment and distribution of POP materials to various regions, consolidating and validating shipments with involved areas for purchase order creation.
  2. Display Management:

    • Control and manage annual and temporary in-store displays based on commercial agreements and specific campaigns.
    • Maintain and update files with complete information on display locations.
  3. Photographic Documentation:

    • Provide photographic backup of campaigns and implementations, using Google Drive for storage.
  4. Support to Merchandising Team:

    • Assist in meetings with merchandisers to clarify guidelines, share priorities, and receive feedback on implemented materials.
  5. OCB Coordination:

    • Manage OCB implementation in coordination with Instore and CATMAN teams.
    • Participate in the entire process of OCB creation and implementation, including client meetings for proposal approvals.
  6. Material Management:

    • Evaluate and define the production of Evergreen materials based on sales requirements, and supervise approved requests.
    • Handle and supervise promotional material stock to meet 100% of point-of-sale requirements.
    • Provide support to various departments (Marketing, Sales, CATMAN) in developing diverse promotional materials.
    • Track and document monthly material coverage and implementations with the sales, marketing, and regional teams.
  7. Order Management:

    • Manage and input purchase orders for Evergreen materials and other requirements.
    • Consolidate shipments from all company areas for monthly purchase order generation.
    • Update sales requirement spreadsheets and track progress.
    • Participate in national training sessions for merchandisers.
  8. Production and Implementation:

    • Develop POP materials for all annual campaigns based on marketing and sales requirements.
      • Download and share artwork with suppliers.
      • Approve materials for the region and share with sales to define quantities.
      • Coordinate material production and implementation/shipment.
      • Provide photographic documentation of campaigns.
  9. Innovation and Best Practices:

    • Innovate new POP materials and seek alternative anti-gapping solutions.
    • Share best practices monthly with the region.
    • Constantly search for cost-saving opportunities, negotiating with suppliers to maintain exhibition quality while finding economical materials.
  10. Budget Management:

    • Define, manage, and control the annual budget for Evergreen materials.
    • Support the annual MKT and CATMAN budget planning for Oral and Personal Care.
  11. Sales Support:

    • Aid in new product launches and other marketing activities.
    • Participate in store checks to find opportunities and review CP and competitor areas.
    • Support shopper programs planning (e.g., Líder a Luka, Save the Water, toothbrush caps).

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • At least +2 year of experience working with POP materials and strategies 
  • At least +2 year of experience working in the commercial area/trade marketing or related fields
  • Intermediate English Level 
  • Google Suite Proficiency
