Get in the Game: Dive into the Role
Step up as our Shopper Development Manager for Chile and define the channel strategy with the Team Leader and the Retail Marketing team. Define priorities and opportunities by format and customer within the channel. Coordinate and support the sales teams to successfully implement the 5 Ps.
Your Mission: What You Will Do
- Adapt and implement strategies tailored to each channel, ensuring the 5Ps are executed at points of sale through the sales force, and supporting their activities.
- Identify growth opportunities for Colgate-Palmolive in each channel by analyzing category, client, and format opportunities, and leveraging in-depth shopper insights.
- Define and allocate POP (Point of Purchase) materials and budget across channels to optimize purchases and execution based on strategy and needs.
- Ensure the implementation of defined Category Management (CatMan) strategies and ITT (In-Trade Terms), supporting commercial and promotional activities, and coordinating with Finance.
- Collaborate with Retail Marketing, sales teams, and CDT (Customer Development Teams) to develop business plans, JBP (Joint Business Plans), and action plans to achieve goals.
- Provide analytical support to sales teams for business decision-making per client or context, and communicate commercial updates for effective ground execution.
- Support sell-in, sell-out, and inventory analysis to guide customer planning and CBP (Customer Business Planning) processes, and participate in customer reviews and T2T (Top to Top) meetings.
Must-Haves for Success: Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- At least 3 years in Field Sales.
- Experience working with the indirect trade channel.
- Advanced English Level.
Boost Your Game: Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Retail Marketing and/or Marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and influence at all levels, including leadership and communication skills, among others.
