Customer Development Executive

 

Planificar e implementar las tácticas y estrategias necesarias para el logro de los objetivos planteados en los clientes asigandos a su territorio de negocios. Controlar las acciones comerciales que se aplican con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento en la práctica de la Política Comercial de la compañía.

 

* Identificar los drivers de crecimiento en los puntos de venta para tomar las acciones necesarias y de este modo potenciar ventas, (quincenal/mensualmente).

 * Realizar un cronograma de visitas mensuales a los puntos de ventas.

* Desarrollar y brindar ofertas, propuestas y presentaciones de ventas.

* Establecer relaciones productivas y profesionales con las personas clave de cada cuenta asignada (de cada área del cliente).

* Liderar proactivamente el desarrollo del proceso de planificación estratégica conjunta con las cuentas claves asignadas, estableciendo objetivos de beneficio mutuo, metas de venta/rentabilidad y desarrollo de la propuesta de valor para cada una de las cuentas claves asignadas.

* Coordinar el involucramiento de personal de la compañía con el objetivo de alcanzar los objetivos de sus cuentas, las expectativas de los clientes y asegurar el proceso comercial, incluyendo aspectos financieros, crediticios y logísticos.

* Cumplir los objetivos asignados de volumen de ventas y rentabilidad.

* Identificar oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar acuerdos comerciales para alcanzar los objetivos de la cuenta, lograr ventas incrementales o mitigar riesgos.

* Relevar y brindar información clave de sus cuentas y el mercado a las áreas internas y personal clave de la compañía como input en la toma de decisiones y desarrollo de nuevas estrategias.

* Interacción con los departamentos crossfuncionales para el desarrollo de estrategias y/o planes de acción comunes.

 

Requisitos:

*Título universitario.
*Inglés avanzado.
* 2 años de experiencia en áreas comerciales.
