About The Role

As Professional Bright Smile Bright Futures (BSBF) Promoter in El Salvador you will work in coordination and alignment with the Regional BSBF team responsible to organize and support the school program implementation throughout in school, community outreach, Professional Partnership, IMC Trade, Employee Engagement and Digital programs! To drive healthy habits through our leading brands and products for consumption building in the territory assigned. You will also act as a direct work with key partnerships and collaborators in daily brushing programs (related as Institutional, ONGs, health professionals, dental schools accounts). Will supervise and achieve predetermined BSBF coverage aligned with annual reach and consumption building goals. You will be responsible for Oral Care hygiene promotion and preventive education advised to in-school key targets (elementary schools)!

 

What You Will Do

  • Implement face-to-face school visits providing preventive training and distribution of educational materials and product samples to targeted audiences

  • Delivers oral hygiene presentations to elementary school children in School Districts assigned

  • Influence and develop relationships with the target audience to achieve business results in consumption building

  • Build and maintain strategic relations and alliances with key partners, institutional or government entities and other collaborators

  • Report daily BSBF program call value compliance and critical metrics (monthly, quarterly, annual) to PO Coordinator

  • Write a monthly/quarterly and annual report describing total number of students, teachers and schools visited

  • Work closely with School plan specialists to align the planning of the BSBF touchpoints execution in schools.

 

What You Need (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2 years of experience in education, working with children and/ or with institutions, ONGs, community work, health professionals, dental schools accounts or related
  • Good presentation, communication skills, relationship building and other interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Own car to use for work and active driver's license
  • Availability to travel within the country around 75% of the working time
  • Intermediate-Advanced English Level
