About The Role

 

The Commercial Data Analyst is the expert, advisor and developer of the vital tools that contain the best quality of information available from Walmart that allows the most sophisticated analysis for the capture of opportunities for the different categories that lead us to grow above the market and achieve the company's internal goals. 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Management of all the information of Retail Link, D&N, Scanning, Tableau, Nielsen, BI, SAP for the Walmart Regional team, data analysis for decision making that improve the category performance.
  • Build and focus around business performance reporting and being the main responsible for the quality of the information. Ensure consistent and timely updates and availability of all crucial reports.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of the right visualization  and analytics according to business needs to support the way we make decisions and strategic scenarios to growth 
  • Lead/Support ad hoc projects for business analysis and reporting.  
  • Analyze the coverage of exhibitions and ensure compliance with the execution as negotiated based on In-store tracking. 
  • Provide support and plans with activities to accelerate Sell out of the different categories. 
  • Support of administrative tasks related to WM Connect (Purchase order, market fair value analysis, critical metrics tracking and analysis results of commercial project) ensuring good and agile relationships among Walmart Connect, local team, Finance, IBE and Marketing Team.
  • Analysis support for internal presentations: WM update meeting, commercial meeting, Mid Year Review, Budget review etc.


What you will do:

 

  • Management of Retail Link for the preparation of the total consolidated Sell Out report CAM.
  • Database consolidation D&N, Scanning, Tableau.
  • Analysis of activities of PTCs of the main categories for the different countries.
  • Support all administrative process and analysis related to WM Connect
  • Support for the elaboration of Selling Stories.
  • Aligns with all policies and standards required


Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
  • At least +2 years in customer management or data processing, knowledge of reporting tools and visualization techniques and visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO, Power BI
  • Office package Proficiency
  • Google Suite Proficiency
  • Analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Marketing, general idea of ​​logistics, demand planning and commercial area 
  • Management of external suppliers or with clients 
  • Management of BI, RSI, Retail Link, SAP, Tableau 
  • Intermediate English Level
