Resumen del Puesto
El objetivo del puesto es capturar información en el sistema sobre el material recibido, generar etiquetas SARD y el informe de entrada, controlar el archivo de remisiones de proveedores, dar seguimiento a las instrucciones y procedimientos del área para la recepción de materiales, generar reportes de unidades descargadas, conciliaciones y tiempo de permanencia.
 
Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales
  • Asegurar la captura de los documentos del material recibido.
  • Garantizar que se lleven a cabo los procedimientos de calidad requeridos para el área.
  • Verificar el estado de los materiales.
  • Identificar el material recibido.
  • Llevar el control del archivo de remisiones de proveedores.
  • Dar seguimiento a los documentos pendientes de captura.
  • Aplicar los estándares de desempeño y confiabilidad de la planta, de acuerdo con la matriz de responsabilidades y los planes de implementación desarrollados en cada área.
  • Hacer cumplir las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.
Requisitos de Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades
Los requisitos básicos incluyen:
  • Licenciatura
  • 2-3 años de experiencia en almacén y manejo de producto terminado
  • Conocimientos en SAP/WMS y Excel
  • Disposición para rolar turnos
Las calificaciones preferidas incluyen:
  • Deseable nociones básicas de inglés.
