About the role:

 

Responsible for executing local HR activities bound to legal or regulatory or language requirements in the areas of:  Personnel Administration, Learning Logistics and Talent Acquisition Logistics and – as applicable - New Hires Paperwork Pre-boarding.

 

What you will do:

 

Personnel Administration

  • Responsible for document creation and collection for employee data changes (in light model countries only)
  • Manage local contracts process (as applicable)
  • In partnership with the People Relations Specialist (where applicable), manage local components of termination processes including signing contracts and paperwork, collecting company property, notify local vendors, coordinating with payroll, etc.
  • Responsible for tracking and maintaining employee records
  • Responsible for Local Authorities filing / dealing
  • Assist in the administration of Time and Attendance activities
  • Provide employee verification letters (as applicable)
  • Execute pre-payroll activities (as applicable)

 

Learning Delivery

 

  • Escalate logistic issues as needed to the Delivery Support Specialist and Learning Leader
  • Responsible for post training session activities (e.g. ship or destroy materials)
  • Responsible for recommending delivery support improvement opportunities to the Delivery Support Specialist


Talent Acquisition

 

  • Support the local Hiring Manager in the completion of the pre-boarding checklist (badge,equipment, desk, etc.) for New Hire transition to day 1 of employment
  • Responsible for the administration of the Talent Acquisition pre-boarding paperwork (in lightmodel counties only)
  • Profit sharing support, local bonus and mobility activities support

What do you need for this position:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, Personnel Administration
  • Intermediate English Level
