Support the Italian POC Brand Manager with the execution of the marketing strategy within the country

Progress the POC digital platforms, prioritizing the enhancement and regular updates of the Professional Website, as well as spearheading the Italian Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures® initiative with an emphasis on digital enhancement and seamless execution.

Collaborate in the marketing material development process in conjunction with external agencies and POC mktg lead. 

Coordinate with the Oral Care Consultants team (OCCs) as necessary, facilitating the management of sample distribution and the planning of professional congresses.

 

Responsibilities

 

Professional Website Improvement & Update

  • Identify all potential enhancements for the POC Website.

  • Prioritize and execute improvements based on business impact and feasibility.

  • Coordinate with Digital & SA teams the transition of the learning platform from Colgate Talks to Prof Website (LMS)

  • Lead POC Website new contents creation / adaptation

  • Oversee the back office to guarantee regular updates to the website.

  • Initiate and implement newsletter campaigns and journeys in partnership with the digital team.

 

Lead the italian Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures® program.

  • Enhance the BSBF Journey, both digitally and physically.

  • Ensure Smooth Transition to BSBF Automation

  • Develop & Implement BSBF Digital tools (iFrame, landing page, newsletter, other opportunities)

  • Oversee Printing & Order all BSBF related Materials

  • Manually compile and send files to the agency and submit new requests to Agenvy on a weekly basis until the digital process is fully operational.

  • Assist with ad hoc BSBF requests, such as email correspondence with Dental Professionals (DPs).

 

Mktg material development process

  • Assist the POC Brand Manager with the planning and development of campaigns, including the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and newsletters.

  • Handle the administrative processes associated with marketing activities, including purchase orders and invoicing.

 

Support Sampling plan execution

  • Track of Samples costs and budget, under the supervision of the POC Mkgt Lead

  • Support the samples plan definition and adjustment with focus on brands, categories, indications and activities

     

Professional Congresses' Plan 

  • Support Annual congresses plan implementation in alignment with Scientific Affair and Education Manager

  • Support Execution of each congress: costs negotiation, contract, visibility and stock availability, delivery of marketing tools and samples, event organization in alignment with Professional Area Manager. Post- analysis in collaboration with the POC Mktg Lead
