The Key Customer Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities.

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with all key customer stakeholders: buyers, store managers, distributors, etc. 

  • Achieve the Company’s goals in terms of sales and distribution for the Key Account by partnering effectively with the Retail Execution Team, CeX, CS&L, Finance to achieve company

  • Support the development of annual business plans for all key Customers according to the Company Strategy,to drive profitably, increases sales, volumes, distribution and market share.

  • Provide deep analysis of performance trends and monitors KPIs in order to contribute to define and implement effective action plans to improve performance.

  • Understand customer’s needs to support recommendations of potential business solutions

  • Provide coverage of stores to understand business dynamics.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree Required, (Business Administration, Economics or equivalent)
  • Previous experience of minimum 1 year in a commercial role (a customer facing relevant experience is considered a plus);
  • Cross functional experience of minimum 2 years in a Trade marketing/Commercial roles experiences 
  • Strong negotiation skills; Customer orientation/Problem solving attitude in challenging environment
  • Highly self-motivated; Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills;
  • Proven ability in time management, planning/priority setting, and managing budgets
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (in particular. Excel) and ability to learn company specific tools & programs
  • Languages: Italian mother tongue, English fluent
  • Valid driver’s license required
