Job Summary
Colgate Palmolive strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing-functions such as customer service, distribution and transportation.
The individual will need to build strong relationships by providing robust analytical skills, communication skills and leadership skills to leverage internal and limited external customer data to maximize customer satisfaction, best in class service, efficiency improvements and aligned demand plans.
This role is a critical component of our supply chain, working collaboratively to ensure that quality, safety and the experience of our customers is our top priority.
Main Responsibilities

Demonstrate robust analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency with computer systems, and strong communication skills to establish relationships with our top customers and sales teams.

Think strategically, challenge convention, and be willing to take a leadership role within the team.

Develop analytical skills, demonstrate leadership, gain valuable customer experience, and shape the direction of how CP provides an improved customer experience.

Identify and communicate customer specific changes/trends that impact the demand plans.

Assures service level performance is aligned with the established customer requirements.

Play a critical role in collaborating with Planning and Sales within CP to improve national forecast accuracy and better distribution of finished goods' inventory.

Represent customer forecasts in the Sales & Operations Planning process, and perform forecast accuracy analysis to identify focus areas within the operating companies.

Collaborate with our customers to identify areas of opportunity for greater efficiency and service improvement.

Seek opportunities and lead improvement projects, including but not limited to new technology assessments and implementations, and logistic efficiency improvements.

Identify and potentially participate in opportunities to be involved in benchmarking, attending industry conferences, and provide critical input into the strategic direction of the organization.
Required Qualifications

BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain or related field

5 years experience in Supply Chain, understanding of supply chain principles including replenishment, ordering and related customer service functions, logistics operational knowledge.

Advanced EXCEL skills (Pivot tables, vlookup, slicers) with the ability to create tools, manipulate, and analyze data

Advanced forecasting skills (APO preferred) and understanding of statistical models and projections.

Strong Functional / Technical knowledge of Supply Chain processes

Tableau, Cost to Serve, Crystal Reports, Qlikview, Google sheets, Retail Link/Luminate, Google Data Studio

SAP System knowledge: including R/3, Business Warehouse, APO
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $104,000 - $117,500 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
